Shipping Policy
Within Hong Kong
Delivery is limited to commercial or residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Purchases of HKD $399 or more qualify for free shipping, except in the following situations:

Remote Areas Require Additional Fees: Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Airport, Ma Wan – HKD $250

For Outlying Islands or Restricted Areas: Delivery can be arranged to a nearby urban pier.

If manual transport is required due to vehicle inaccessibility: The first 100 meters are free; thereafter, HKD $50 will be charged per 50 meters.

If stair climbing is necessary: The first 10 steps are free; thereafter, HKD $50 will be charged per floor (10 steps per floor).
*The additional fees for the above four situations must be paid directly to the courier by the recipient, as PetSnowy will not collect these fees.
*The free shipping offer is based on the discounted price.
*For orders under HKD $399, a basic shipping fee of HKD $30 will be charged, with additional charges applicable for the four situations mentioned above.
Shipping Time
Products will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after order confirmation and payment (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays).
Some specified products require pre-ordering, and the pre-order and delivery time may vary depending on the product's supply location and quantity.
How to Change the Shipping Address?
You can select "Ship to a different address" and enter the recipient's information under the billing address at checkout.
Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single address. To ship products to different addresses, please create a separate order for each delivery address.
If you notice an error in the address after submitting the order, you need to contact support@petsnowy.com or reach out to the PetSnowy HK Facebook page to discuss address changes with customer service. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
Do I need to sign for the package?
To protect customer interests, customers are required to sign for the package.
In case of any disputes, Petsnowy HK reserves the right to the final decision.
